Free Health Screening and Party for Kids on Sunday

When: Sunday October 26th

Time: Noon until 3:00 pm

Where: St. Ignatius High School
W.30th & Lorain Avenue
(across from Wendy’s)

Who: Children of any age (parent or
guardian must be present for the
health screenings)

1) FREE Halloween Party from Noon until 3:00 pm:

Trick or Treating (costumes encouraged)
FREE pizza and soda pop
Games, pictures, face painting and a cake walk
2) FREE Kids’ Health Fair from Noon until 3:00 pm, sponsored by Lutheran Hospital
and the St. Ignatius Community:

FREE Health Screenings for kids (valued at $500 per child)
Screening participants will be entered into a Nintendo Wii & iPod raffle
More than 20 Health Fair booths with FREE gifts, giveaways & information
