What’s For Dinner

Or more accurately, what WAS for dinner last night.   Both were so yummy I wanted to post links:

Shrimp and Grits

Baked Artichokes with Gorgonzola and Herbs

Unfortunately, the Shrimp and Grits weren’t quite as good as the best that I’ve had, which ironically was at Henry’s at the Barn in Avon (and I’ve had them in Charleston and Savannah) .    More unfortunately is that Henry’s at the Barn closed last year.    It’s terrible because the hubby and I loved that place.   It had really delicious food and a great atmosphere.   

But, since I no longer have Henry’s at the Barn to depend on for Shrimp and Grits, this recipe was quite tasty.  

I am always looking for new recipes to try.   Have any recommendations for me?
