Yoga Day USA is Saturday, January 24th
To celebrate, I (Naomi) am hosting a Meditation & Relaxation Workshop
When: FRIDAY January 23, 2009 7:00-8:45pm
Where: My (Naomi’s)  home studio
What: The session will include a discussion of meditation and positive mind training techniques, a brief physical yoga practice with pranayama (breath) practice, and conclude with Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation meditation). There is no prior Yoga experience necessary.
Adults only – or teens ages 14 and up

Meditation & Yoga have been shown to improve focus and reduce stress. Many people find pain relief from chronic illness through their meditation practice. Meditation supports being centered and emotionally balanced.
This workshop is free and open to all, however I am accepting good will donations
on behalf of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
