Free Family-Friendly activities at MOCA Cleveland tonight!

Just caught this in my email, sorry about the last-minute notice:

Friday, September 12, 2008
07:00pm – 09:00pm
Family Art Studio at the Opening
FREE and open to families with children 12 and under

Build a cell phone out of Styrofoam or mold a Wii remote using pipe cleaners at this season’s Family Art Studio, where we will be sculpting “everyday objects” from unusual art materials. Friendly and fun, the Art Studio will also have art-inspired games and delicious refreshments courtesy of Whole Foods.

Plus, it’s an art opening.   Adult activities include:

Friday, September 12, 2008
06:00pm – 10:00pm
Fall 2008 Opening Night Events
FREE and open to the public

6pm – Jorge Pardo and Bonnie Clearwater
Get behind the scenes of Jorge Pardo: HOUSE as the artist and curator reflect on the work and exhibition.

Cool fall temps bring on the heat at MOCA’s fall opening with DJ Neil Chastain mixing up the dance beat with a touch of live Conga drums. Top it off with sky-high stilt walkers and we’ve got one hot HOUSE party.
