Wii Fit Kicked Mii Bootie

Tonight was the first real adventure into the world of Wii Fit for me. 40 minutes later of hula hooping and strength training and I’m ready for bed. I’ve done enough Wii Fit to open up the 6 minute hula hoop session, and have discovered that I am significantly better at hula hooping to the left than to the right. I can definitely see how it could be possible to lose weight with this thing. It keeps a calendar for you of your weight, plus how many minutes each day you actively use the Wii Fit (not just how many minutes you have the unit on, but how many minutes you spend in activities).

And as I had read online recently but didn’t quite believe, the Wii Fit really does bloat up your Mii according to your weight. Nice. Maybe it’ll put my Mii in a bikini once I get down to a certain acceptable weight too!

Until next time,

Lorelei

  1. Sadly, yes- the wii does make your MII more heavy if you continue to use the wii fit but gain weight-

Also, you get a semi-scolding if you go sometime without using the game either-

FYI if you haven’t heard- there is also going to be WII Body Coaching. Wii Fitness and Wii Exercise

I can’t wait for these games to come out! 🙂
